TESLA'S PIGEON

When Michelle tries to explain the basic scientific method to her students, two of whom are 'more interested in each other's tonsils', she uses their relationship as an example and in the process, questions the variables in her own romantic problem; she's in love with her best friend, Ian, who just happens to be in love with someone else.

Spliced between her classroom and just outside Ian's sweetheart's house, Tesla's Pigeon shows us the possibilities, good and bad, and asks us, to ensure a 'happier' ending, which variable would you choose?

Performed at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama's New Writing Night, October 22nd and 23rd, 2014.
